DERIVATION OF BOTELLA

When a fork is compressed, the air volume within the bottles decreases, increasing air pressure. The more the fork is compressed, the more pressure increases. This effect may have the undesired consequence of preventing the full route from reaching. Our channels in the bottles help relieve this problem by drastically increasing the volume of air inside the bottles and thus reducing the amount of additional unintentional pressure ramp.

Another advantage of these channels is that the oil bath of the bottle circulates to the top of the bottles, continuously lubricating the foam rings and the caps as the fork is compressed and extends along its route.

The new 34 makes every effort to reduce each gram without compromising the rigidity or resistance necessary for the practice of modern trail.

Modern frame designs and geometry trends require modern suspension design solutions. The arch design is designed to fit perfectly to modern trail bikes. The profiles of the steering tubes are getting bigger and the forks are getting shorter. Our new shape of arc takes into account this need when you stand forward to provide a wide slack of the complete compression direction tube. The most advanced computer modeling techniques have helped us create an organic form of the bottom of the bottle that optimizes stiffness with the minimum amount of material.

FLOAT EVOL

Returning with the same legendary flexibility and longevity, the EVOL pneumatic dock in the 34's now has an expanded negative pneumatic dock to help with mid-run support.

New for 2022, the 34 SC comes with the option of adjusting the negative air spring with a volume spacer.

FIT4

In its fourth generation, our patented FIT4 closed cartridge system provides three compression buffer positions on the march -Open, Media and Firm- to adapt to the different conditions of the trails.

The Factory Series Forks have 22 additional low-speed compression adjustment clicks in the Open mode, allowing riders to accurately adjust their damping preferences.
