What is Recovery Drink?

After the exercise it is essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and be able to surrender the next day.

Recovery Drink is prepared as a smoothie to take after training. It is formulated with amylopectin that comes from potato starch and concentrated protein of GRASS FED milk serum of high biological value, since it comes only from pasture-fed cows without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones, so it maintains the biolo ́stic characteristics of the serum pe ́ptides and provides all the essential amino acids for growth and maintenance.

What does Recovery drink contain?

Recovery Drink contains approximately 40% protein, which is equivalent to taking 20-22 g of protein per shot, which contributes to increasing and conserving muscle mass and maintaining bones in normal conditions.

It provides an approximate 1:1 ratio of proteins to carbohydrate, it is formulated so because after the interns it is usual to eat high foods in carbohydrates such as fruit, oats, energy bars ...And the contribution of proteins is neglected, for this reason Recovery Drink maintains this ratio 1:1

How to take recovery drink?

USE MODEL: Solve 2 drops (50 g) of product with 500ml of water and stir. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of water, the product and stir strongly to finish filling the mixture with water. Take 500 ml up to 45 minutes after exercise.

FORMATO: About 50g (monodosis), 500g (10 shots) and 1Kg (20 Tomas).
