We have tried to make this astte even faster, even better and even more comfortable. It has been designed to be a perfect technical asstte to pedal with different weather conditions. The main part is manufactured with our Nano Flex 3G fabric, the third generation of our nanotechnology-treated tissue that gives it a high level of water repellent, without disposing of breathability, elasticity and warmth. It achieves a giddy elastic adjustment that follows the movements of your body, providing warmth and comfort. We have added panels in Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric on the front top and thighs for greater thermal protection, and on the back to protect from the wheel water splashes. It is not just a matter of tissue: anatomical construction follows the curves of the knees and hips, while seamless straps remain flat and help keep everything in place. The Progetto X2 Air seamless badana makes long-distance outputs comfortable and we have added reflective bands to ensure greater visibility. This asstte has been designed for all bike rides in winter.

NANO FLEX

Technology developed exclusively for Castelli. We have used our Thermoflex elastic polar tissue and applied a coating with nanofilaments to create the most repellent tissue to the water never existed. Water drops remain on the surface as small spheres or bounce in the tissue without trace.
