Our Nano Flex 3G fabric is the result of a decade of research and development. It is our best versatile fabric for winter asses: warm, elastic, soft, highly breathable and, in addition, presents our water-repellent finish with the third generation of nanotechnology. While other manufacturers use simple chemical water-repellent treatments, we have created a mechanical repellent with nanotechnology to improve the chemical DWR finish. Provides warmth and comfort. Although this asstte is manufactured with our latest water-repellent technology, don't think it's a garment exclusively for rainy weather. The fabric makes it a perfect asstte also for dry weather and anatomical cutting with the minimum sewing makes it highly comfortable. We have applied the KISS Air2 professional level badana, grilled straps and zipper in the ankle. It is the ideal asstte for all weather conditions.

TECHNOLOGY

KISS AIR²

An elastic and soft layer for the skin offers total freedom of movement with a minimum volume. The multi-density foam pad is optimized for placement in the bike break bar and virtually disappears during swimming and running.

NANO FLEX

Technology developed exclusively for Castelli. We have used our Thermoflex elastic polar tissue and applied a coating with nanofilaments to create the most repellent tissue to the water never existed. Water drops remain on the surface as small spheres or bounce in the tissue without trace.
