CHARACTERISTICS

• For manufacturing, we have used advanced aerospace composite software that revolutionizes the development and laminating of our new FACT 8r carbon.
• 500 pieces for the 7 different sizes with the same performance, so is Rider-First EngineeredTM. We examine each layer of carbon in each box size to ensure that all our performance goals are met. To make sure you get the perfect roll, each frame has a unique placement program with different layer provisions, orientations, quantities of material in specific areas and sometimes even thicknesses and unique carbon types.
• Aerodynamics is the most important thing we can do to make you faster, with the Tarmac, we add aerodynamic functions at no cost per weight. Through engineering, three areas were discovered in which aerodynamics could be added free of charge: a new form of fork, pods with aerodynamic tubes shaped like a gout and sillin tube and a D-shaped sillion tile. The result? A Tarmac which is approximately 30 seconds faster in 40 kilometers.
• The geometry update is based on countless data points of Retül and the opinion of professional cyclists. What allowed us to develop a Road Performance Geometry that improves thanks to the combination of a distance between reactive and short axles, which offers an instant response and an optimal power transfer.
