A-COLLECTION IN OUR STORE

If you chose the pick-up option in our physical store, there will be no shipping costs. You only have to check this option when indicating the delivery address of your order.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or financing, your order will be available for pick up once the bank transfer or financing has been confirmed by the bank.

B-SHIPPING IN SPAIN (PENINSULA)

Shipping costs are free for purchases equal to or greater than 49€ for the Peninsula.

For those purchases under 49€ a shipping cost of 5€ VAT included will be applied.

The delivery time will be between 2 and 10 working days depending on the stock of the article.

If payment is made by bank transfer or financing, the deadlines are counted from the bank confirmation of payment and this is effective.

At the moment GAMA BICICLETAS SL. does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The indicated delivery times are from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen form of payment is bank transfer or financing, these deadlines will begin to count at the time the transfer or financing are effective.

On special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany, long weekends and special promotions (Black Friday ...) delivery is not guaranteed to meet the deadline, due to the volume of goods of transport agencies.

Gama Bicicletas, SL reserves the right to modify delivery times and shipping method in special cases and circumstances, notifying the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

In the shipment of bicycles delivery times may increase due to the time required for assembly and adjustment of the same.

C-BALEARIC SHIPPING

Shipping costs are free for purchases equal to or greater than 59€ for the Balearic Islands.

For those purchases under 59€ a shipping cost of 6,99€ VAT included will be applied.

The delivery time will be between 3 and 12 working days depending on the stock of the article.

If payment is made by bank transfer or financing, the deadlines are counted from the bank confirmation of payment and this is effective.

The indicated delivery times are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer or financing, these deadlines will begin to count from the moment the transfer or financing is effective.

From 90€ to 149.99€: 4,99€.

From 150€ to 499.99€: FREE

From €500 to 9999999: €190.99

The delivery time will be between 4 and 14 working days depending on the stock of the article.

FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, CZECH REPUBLIC, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND

Shipping costs are VAT included:

Up to 89.99€: 16,99€.

From 90€ to 149.99€: 12,99€.

From 150€ to 499.99€: FREE

From 500 to 9999999€: 250€.

THE SHIPPING COSTS TO SWITZERLAND DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES.

The delivery time will be between 4 and 16 working days depending on the stock of the article.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Gama Bicicletas, SL reserves the right to refund the amount of the order placed, in case of not being able to meet the shipping and delivery in the terms set out above.

RETURNS

 A-IF YOU HAVE PICKED UP YOUR ORDER IN OUR PHYSICAL STORE

You can return the product to our store within 15 days from the day the item was delivered to the store. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused and with its packaging, warranties, original labels and instructions for use.

Once you deliver the product to Gama Bicicletas and we confirm the condition of the product, the refund will be made in the same way in which the purchase was made. This refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product in our store. Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the payment until the following month.

B-IF YOU HAVE PICKED UP YOUR ORDER AT HOME

You can return the product within 15 days of delivery. To do this you must contact us beforehand at web@gamabicicletas.com.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused and with its packaging, warranties, original labels and instructions for use.

Shipping to our warehouse is at the customer's expense.

It is very important that you return the products perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of electronic products that have been turned on and/or activated, or if they lack the original intact blister or seal.

Once we receive the product at Gama Bicicletas and confirm the condition of the product, the refund will be made in the same way in which the purchase was made.

This refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the reception of the product in our warehouse. Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the payment until the following month.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must contact us at web@gamabicicletas.com where we will give you the instructions on how to return the item (shipping is at the customer's expense) and place a new order.

Return conditions for customized products

In some models, Gama Bicicletas offers you the possibility to choose the components of the bicycle so that you can customize it to your taste and needs.

The exclusive customization of this bicycle means that we cannot accept returns except in the case of manufacturing defects.

For any questions regarding returns of customized models, purchased at www.gamabicicletas.com, you can contact the point of sale where you picked up the product or call +34 945 247 542 or you can also send an email to web@gamabicicletas.com.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

If you notice any damage or blow to the box when you receive the order and you think that the goods may have been damaged during shipment, DO NOT ACCEPT IT, write the problem on the delivery note of the transport company (e.g. "damaged package") and return the box unopened to the carrier. Report the incident immediately within 24 hours to our customer service team by calling +34 945 247 542 or writing an email to web@gamabicicletas.com.

If you finally decide to request an exchange or refund due to a possible incident of the transport company you must inform us of the incident within a maximum period of 24 hours providing a photo of the damaged box and / or damaged material to our email web@gamabicicletas.com. If it is not communicated in the established term to the mail we reserve the right not to accept the request.

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES INCORRECTLY

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please send an email to web@gamabicicletas.com or call the phone number +34 945 247 542.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF YOUR ORDER FOR BICYCLES OVER 300€.

Once we receive the accepted payment for a bike with an amount greater than 300€, our mechanics get to work to assemble it, adjust it and check it, so that when you receive it, you only have to worry about riding it.

Therefore, in case of returns of bicycles of any range for an amount greater than 300€, Gama Bicicletas SL reserves the right to retain an amount equivalent to 10% of the purchase as management fees, assembly and reservation of the bicycle.
